We spent five days here and really liked the hotel's atmosphere and style. It's in the second row from the beach, where it wasn't crowded, which we enjoyed. The busier beach and its promenade are about a two-kilometer walk away, and we never felt unsafe. Staff across the hotel were very friendly. We also went to the New Year's Eve celebration. The decorations were beautiful, and the buffet was fantastic. Many thanks to the kitchen staff.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the location worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices and generous servings. Free parking and valet service were a nice bonus.

We had a great time using the free bikes to get around, and the ocean views from the mirante were beautiful. Up on the top floor there’s also a rooftop pool, bar, gym, and steam room. That steam room felt especially good after a day out. The rooms are on the small side, but comfortable and recently updated, with a clean, luxurious feel and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was fresh and filling each morning, and the on-site restaurant is worth a try. It’s close to the nearby beaches and made for a stylish, relaxing getaway. I’d happily recommend it.

I was especially glad of the staff, who were excellent across the hotel. The restaurant served good food in the evening, with plenty to choose from on its varied menu. Breakfast was something to look forward to, though it wasn’t extravagant. My room was a bit small but fine, and the stay was very good overall.

The employees and service really made this place. They looked after us from the moment we arrived until we left. Rooms are quite small, but they were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool area is lovely.
