The reception staff’s local tip made a big difference. Since they live in the city, their advice helped me spend less, and the trip became unforgettable. Everyone was friendly, polite, and ready to help, and I felt very welcome. The hotel itself is comfortable, well maintained, and has a great setup. Thanks to all of you. I’ll be back soon.

My boyfriend and I had a really pleasant stay, despite all the attacks I’ve seen against the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the receptionists were very welcoming. The only thing that could’ve been better was the room’s air conditioning. It’s set to a temperature chosen by the hotel, so you have to call reception if you want it changed. We did, and they were understanding and attentive. Overall, we had a very good experience.

I’m at the hotel reception now, on 12.02.36, dealing with a very frustrating problem. I booked and paid by phone for a Master category room for three people, with a sea view and balcony. At check-in, though, I was sent to a room without a balcony, even though that was an essential feature of the higher category I purchased. I asked management to fix the issue right away, but they didn’t resolve it or move us to the room standard we had booked. Management said the reservation email didn’t prove I had purchased a suite with a balcony, even though they also acknowledged that the amount I paid corresponded to that category. We traveled from another state specifically for this time away, and the problem has caused considerable disruption, frustration, and harm to the trip we planned, especially given the higher price we paid. I don’t recommend the hotel, and I’ll take the appropriate legal steps.

The room is tiny, and its window doesn’t open. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from next door, what someone is watching, whether they’re walking around or lying down, even their phone conversations. Breakfast was cold across the board, including the eggs, couscous, and sausage. At 9:50, my friend asked an ill-tempered staff member for tapioca, but he refused because the kitchen closes 20 minutes before breakfast ends at 10. That’s about it.
