The last time I stayed here, I loved it, and I even left a review last year. I didn't need any services then. This visit was completely different. A resident from the condominium hit our car and a motorcycle parked in the garage, and nobody was willing to sort it out. She refused to pay, and the hotel wouldn't help either, so our vacation was disrupted and we had to cover the costs ourselves. I'm extremely disappointed and will never return. Be aware that they put the resident first, whatever the circumstances.

We stayed in Apt.110 and found it cozy, tidy, and clean. There were basic kitchen utensils, towels, and blankets. The only thing I struggled with was the mirror. It could be a bit bigger, since getting ready with the one there was a challenge, haha. I'd definitely come back.

The building and apartment are excellent, but the unit I booked through Booking, number 423, is managed by Carpemdiem and wasn't set up for the number of guests on the reservation. There weren't enough sheets or comforters, and there were no basic cleaning supplies like a broom or floor cloth. Since it's a flat without housekeeping, those things would help guests keep it clean. I contacted the management on WhatsApp, but they didn't seem interested in helping and instead wanted to charge extra for the supplies.
