I booked a room for January 22 and got there around 8 p.m. It was in terrible condition, with water leaks. The receptionist offered another room, but its window was taped shut, the floor was loose, the bed was hard, the sheets were dirty, and there was no sound insulation, so it was very noisy. Everything seemed poorly maintained. We decided to leave and asked for a refund. The receptionist didn't process it, but gave me an email address to request it. They don't issue the refund. This was the worst stay of my life. Don't make the same mistake.

The bathroom had no toilet paper, and the sink tap barely ran, so I had to brush my teeth in the shower. The towels looked clean but were all torn. The bedding was dirty and stained, and the mattress smelled of semen and foot odor. The electric kettle had larvae or maggots in it. My husband has severe sleep apnea and uses a CPAP; when he went to boil mineral water, he found the bottom of the kettle full of larvae. The filth was unbelievable. This was the most disturbing experience of my life, and I'm still traumatized.
