Breakfast was good, much like at many Brazilian hotels, and the bed was okay though a little hard. My room overlooked the pool and was noisy. The garage attendant was rude and had me reposition the car three times, even though I was parked in a disabled spot.

The location made it easy to get everywhere, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I really liked the coffee and breakfast. If I return to Joinville, I’d stay here again.

The staff were great, and there was plenty to choose from at the buffet breakfast. I also liked the pool. The hotel itself seems a little dated and could use some renovation. One drawback is the limited food service: room service runs only from 18:00 to 22:30, with no restaurant available throughout the day. If you want something to eat or drink outside those hours, you have to go to a nearby shopping centre.

The breakfast was very good, and there’s a proper swimming pool on the first floor. Behind the hotel is an air-conditioned shopping mall. For the price, the quality is very good.

A great place to stay, with good rooms and a convenient location.
