BR-101 Confort Suítes Joinville

After a tiring trip, arriving here brought one unpleasant surprise after another. We were put in the last room, which smelled strongly of mold. The bathroom was tiny, and barely any water came from the shower. Since it was raining, we noticed a leak directly over the bed, which was soaked. Then the bed broke when I lay down. I contacted the hotel, but they showed no empathy. They said there were no more rooms with a double bed and told me to find another hotel if I wanted to, even though it was already past midnight. When I said I’d go, they kept rushing me to get my things out, as if they planned to use that broken, waterlogged bed. The WhatsApp service had already been terrible and slow before we arrived. I’d never come back or recommend this dump to anyone. Thankfully, I found a good hotel at the last minute.

I’m probably biased since I stay here every time I come to Joinville, but I really love it. The rooms are clean, tidy, and well organized, and the service is great. Everything feels just right 💚 You can stay here without worrying and enjoy yourself.

The owner complains if you run the air conditioning for too long, and there’s a house next door with a dog that keeps barking. There’s no breakfast, the bunk beds are noisy, and I can’t recommend the place. It’s the classic case of cheap ending up expensive.

The setting is peaceful, cozy, and full of harmony, with a great location and a lovely stay. seu Fernando looked after us so well. He was polite, welcoming, and very humble 🙌 Congratulations. It’s a wonderful, safe place with privacy 🔏
