Really great, we recommend it. The apartment was fully equipped, clean, and well organized, with a spotless bathroom, a good shower, and private parking. There's no breakfast, but the hot dog and xis cart on the avenue behind it is delicious. We'd recommend that too.

Everything went smoothly from check-in to checkout. I only stayed one night while traveling, and it was a great place. I'd recommend it.

Everything was just as shown in the listing, clean and smelling fresh. It was comfortable and convenient, almost like staying in a furnished flat, and even had groceries in the fridge in case you needed anything. I recommend it.

The area felt really peaceful and safe, and the place itself was spotless, new, and just like the photos. The service was great, with quick, attentive help. My only suggestion is to add intercoms to the apartments. That would make getting delivery much easier.

For a couple paying R$ 200,00 per night, this is a really good place to stay. The service is very good for that price range.
