We enjoyed our stay, even with a few quirks. The rooms are spacious, the bed was good, breakfast was good, and the restaurant was reasonably priced. Some employees spoke English. In the room, the coffee machine had no cups, and capsules cost 6R$ each. The AC couldn’t be switched off without removing the key card and cutting the electricity. We could hear the person in the next bathroom so clearly that we could talk without raising our voices. There were no clothes hangers or iron and ironing board, though reception lent us an iron and we used a surface in the room as a makeshift board. Our room was the most expensive option below the double room.

The room was huge and affordable, and breakfast was delicious. It had probably been really nice once, but half the lights didn’t work. A panel had fallen off the hallway wall during the night and was still there when we checked out at noon. I’ll probably stay again next time I’m in juiz de fora.

The king bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient for where we wanted to be. The room was nice, though the AC seems to have problems often, even when turned down. The staff were accommodating and fixed the issue. It also seems to be one of the nicer hotels in the city.

Nice room, good location in Juiz de Fora, and a great breakfast. The gym is the one thing that needs an upgrade.

A great location, polite staff, and a good setup for events. The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the coffee break is great.
