The stay itself was really good, and Roberta at the Front Desk helped get the problems fixed. Booking directly with the hotel, though, was a terrible experience. It was messy, stressful, and very traumatic.

The room had a clean, comfortable style, and parking was convenient. The lobby was comfy too, with some entertainment and a good bar.

The rooms are a little small, though they should be fine unless you're travelling with a big family. They're clean, and there are excellent city views. Breakfast had a really nice spread, the staff were attentive, and the gym was great with basic equipment. It's close to shopping and worth a look, especially on a budget.

My husband and I had our luggage in this tiny room, and there was hardly any space to move. The bathroom was unbelievably small too. They advertised a minibar fridge and a hair iron, but neither was there, and they wouldn't even bring ice when we needed it. We kept banging our heads because the little bed was pushed up against the low ceiling.
