The place was lovely and well organized, clean, beautiful, and run with real initiative. Maninho and his family looked after us wonderfully and even acted as our tourist guides. We thought the price was good for the quality. The pool, in-room kitchen, and delicious breakfast made everything feel cozy. They also offer bicycles, and there's a nearby trail you can walk or ride. I recommend this place a thousand times over. Whenever we're in Laguna, we'll be staying here.

We got a ten-out-of-ten welcome from the owner, Mano. The pousada is nicely decorated in an aged, patina style and is very close to the Barra breakwaters, where you can watch dolphins helping with the Tainha fishing. Breakfast was good, and guests can use bicycles and kayaks. The room was spacious, though the standard-size bed made sleeping less comfortable for us. On the plus side, the shower enclosure is tall enough for a tall person.
