Staying at this pousada was the right choice. It’s centrally located, across from the park with the mineral water fountain, and close to shops. The place was very clean, and the room, sheets, and towels were lovely. It was quiet, just what I was looking for, and breakfast had lots of options. Everyone seemed to take good care of the guests, from the owner to the staff. The people at reception were attentive and welcoming. When I was returning with my mother, there was a problem with our ticket. I called the owner, and she immediately offered to help us. I felt a real act of humanity from her, and left very grateful, already wanting to come back for another vacation. Thank you, Paula, and everyone who kindly served and helped us. I highly recommend the pousada.

It’s right downtown, across from the park, and easy to get everywhere. We loved our stay at the pousada. Everyone was welcoming, especially Paula, who was incredibly polite. The place feels peaceful, cozy, and inviting, and breakfast was great. I recommend it, and we hope to return soon.

We booked the rooms a few days ahead and paid a deposit, but arriving with my husband and children was a shock. The rooms were extremely small, the toilet was clogged, there were cockroaches, the sheets were dirty, and the TV wiring was exposed. There was also an old computer table in the room, and the price was outrageous. Breakfast was a nightmare, too. The garage is next door and has no proper setup. After 10 p.m. nobody stays at the pousada, so you’re left with the keys if you want to go out or take the car out of the garage. We planned to stay three nights but left after one. It was a night of horror. My husband was deceived.

We spent a weekend there with family. The location was good, everything was very clean, and the bedding and towels smelled fresh. The traditional Minas Gerais breakfast was delicious, especially the creamy cornmeal cake. The owner was very friendly. It’s a welcoming place, and I recommend it.

My family and I loved this pousada and have already been recommending it to friends and relatives. It’s simple but really comfortable, with good service, a great location, and a wonderful breakfast. The beds are comfortable, the shower is good, the bathroom is large, and the place is airy and charming. The owner is very attentive and friendly.
