Trip Hotel

Good evening. This was an extremely bad stay, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel under any circumstances. The strong smell from an open sewer right across from it made the surroundings unbearable. The rooms were poorly cleaned, the sheets were torn, the pillows were awful, and the beds were so hard it felt like there was just a piece of wood instead of a mattress. We had to get up at 1:00 a.m. and look for another nearby hotel, but there were no rooms available, so we had to stay here, which made everything even worse. There are lots of stairs and no elevator, and the rooms don’t have blankets or a minibar. The building looks like an old motel that was painted and adapted as a hotel without a proper renovation. Reception service was terrible, with no courtesy and no help solving the problems. The place lacked even a basic level of comfort, cleanliness, facilities, or service.

What a regret. With my elderly mother and two very heavy suitcases, we had to climb three narrow flights of stairs, and nobody offered to help. The receptionist said there was no one available. It was hard even to find reception, with no clear sign or notice. There are no blankets, which matters when you’re with an older person who gets cold. I left my mother, who was very restless, asleep in the room and came to the reception so she could rest before our flight in the early hours. I’d told them we were leaving overnight, but the staff had been chatting and laughing in the narrow corridor outside the rooms since 8 p.m. We paid a lot and couldn’t get even a little quiet to rest. Noise from the upstairs bathroom, whether people using it or cleaning and flushing, sounds like it’s inside the room. There was also a loud noise in the afternoon, though I don’t know if it came from next door. There’s no lunch, only dinner, and no container to take dinner away in. The room is spacious and has air conditioning, though it’s either very good or very bad. There’s breakfast, too.

There’s always a parking space, which might sound appealing, but look into it a bit more first. The rooms are on the third floor, and there are only stairs. There’s no elevator or platform for wheelchair users, people with disabilities, or older guests.
