The staff were caring and helpful, and we really liked how clean the rooms were. The reception felt very family-like, and the women at breakfast were wonderful, all warmth and cheer. The hotel is in an excellent location. But there was a lot of noise because the soundproofing isn't good. Parking was a serious problem, too. The spaces are very small, and our car got damaged along the side. The staff are all attentive and helpful, but management falls short. We won't stay here again.

I wasn't told when booking that air conditioning would cost extra. They only brought up the charge after check-in, which was uncomfortable and felt like a lack of transparency. The hotel should clearly list all additional fees and paid services in its ad so guests can make an informed choice before booking.
