I had made a reservation, and when I got to town at noon, the room was available, but the employee wouldn't let me check in. She said check-in only starts at 3:00. I had a full suitcase and a lunchbox that needed to go in the freezer. If the room hadn't been ready, that would have been understandable, but she showed me it was available, locked the door, and said she'd let me in at 1:00. So I would have had to sit there waiting 50 minutes just to get in, all because she didn't want to check me in. I left and went to another hotel with much better quality and service.

Everything felt perfect and cozy, with a magnificent breakfast, spotless cleaning, and warm, personal service. I highly recommend it.
