The staff members I dealt with were attentive, but my stay had plenty of problems. My room had only a sink, TV and ceiling fan, with no wardrobe. The bathroom was outside the room, its lock was faulty, and the corridor flooring was coming loose. The place needs improvements. The daily checkout time is 1 p.m., and I didn’t think the way they charged was fair. I arrived at 4 a.m. and needed to stay until 6 p.m. that same day, so I had to pay for two nights for a 14-hour stay. I think a 24-hour charge starting from each guest’s arrival time would make more sense.

Mr. Roberto and Mrs. Érica were very attentive, and the service was great. It’s well located, with a restaurant across the street. A great place to stay.

The room is very basic, really just somewhere to spend the night. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, and the service was very good.

We got a very warm welcome after hours on the road, and the staff were efficient and attentive. The location is great, and I’d recommend staying here. I didn’t give it five stars because company groups sometimes hold barbecues in an area the hotel owners make available, and the noise can be a lot if you’re trying to rest.
