The location is privileged and there’s lots of space. I stayed here about 15 years ago, and the place is still incredible, but it urgently needs updates and renovations. I was there for just one night in January/26. The linens were heavily worn, stained, and smelled like old clothes, as if they were the same ones from the previous decade. The room and bathroom cleaning was very superficial, with none of that fresh clean smell. Breakfast was modest. The person in charge didn’t even answer my family’s good morning. Such a shame, given how incredible the place is.

My mother-in-law had to move to another inn because the conditions in her room were unhealthy. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, and some listed items were missing or didn’t work properly, including the frigobar and air conditioner. Everything felt poorly cared for, and when we asked the manager for anything, she answered sharply and without much willingness to help. On the first morning, scrambled eggs were offered to me and my group, as is customary at inns. We kept asking for one each on the following days; there were six of us. One day the manager snapped that only four eggs were available for the whole inn, as if asking for eggs at breakfast were unreasonable. That was just the final straw. I don’t recommend it.

I stayed with my family from December 25 to 30, 2025. The rooms and leisure area were in terrible shape. The frigobar was rusty and its door wouldn’t open, the room was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was no TV. The bathroom had a hole where the drain should be, a very dirty toilet, and a loose sink. The pool water looked so bad that it wasn’t fit to use. The manager treated us arrogantly and with hostility. At breakfast, she once said there were only 04 eggs available for the entire inn. I’ve attached photos.

The breakfast was good. I thought the rooms would be the main focus of a lodging place, but the beds were just okay, and the air conditioner was very weak and had a few modes. The leisure area, including the pool and barbecue, also seemed a bit neglected.

Being surrounded by nature and close to all the best outings in Lençóis, while staying away from crowds and noise, was my favorite part. It really felt like being at home with family. The hosts were wonderful and would sort out anything we needed right away. Breakfast was plentiful, and we left ready to enjoy the region’s beauty. Thank you, Janaína, for welcoming my family with so much warmth and care. You’re one of a kind. A special hug to our “little guide,” Thiago, a wonderful child whose good manners clearly come from home. We’ll be back soon!
