The building has so much character, with beautiful art and artifacts throughout. The staff made the stay feel special with their real warmth, and Quin went especially far out of his way to look after us. Muito obrigado! It’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in.

We arrived in the early hours, and Walter was kind and helpful. The staff were accommodating throughout, and breakfast had plenty of delicious variety, with bird feeders bringing local birds into view. The rooms are spread through lush gardens, so even with 40+ rooms the place feels intimate. There’s a lovely pool, a games area, and excellent facilities. Set at the edge of a lovely town, it was an unexpected highlight of our time in Brazil.

I wish we’d had longer here. It’s a beautiful eco hotel in the heart of Lençois' biodiversity, with funky, eclectic decor. The most beautiful one I’ve stayed in.

The garden views and colonial-style furniture made the large property lovely to spend time in, and at breakfast we could spot birds and monkeys. Breakfast was spectacular. We stayed several nights and found it an amazing base for exploring the trails of Chapada Diamantina. I highly recommend it.
