The room was tiny and uncomfortable, the bed wasn't comfortable, and there was no cold water for showers. There was no air conditioning or refrigerator, and the TV didn't work. In a hot hotel like this, having no air conditioning is unacceptable. Go to Minas Tower instead. It's cheap, very nice, and has good staff. They saved us by offering a room at a lower price.

We paid for a night but stayed just five hours and left without breakfast, with no discount for either the room mix-up or missing the meal. Breakfast starts at 7, which is much too late for people traveling for work. We'd driven 800 km for work and had reserved a triple room with three single beds, but when we arrived, we got one double and one single. They couldn't even find a mattress for me, so I slept on the floor. A terrible stay.

The staff were polite and attentive, but there were several problems in the room. It was cramped, and the sheets were dirty, though they did replace them, which was good. There was nowhere to hang a hand towel, and both the trash bin and toilet lid were broken. It needs more care.
