Hotel Harbor Inn Londrina

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The hotel feels old, and the rooms aren’t looked after well. In our first room there was an old muddy soccer cleat in the closet, so we insisted on changing rooms. The hair dryer didn’t work either, and we had to ask reception to borrow the one from the next room. The way they handled payment was frustrating. My mother had already paid for four nights, then we decided to stay longer through New Year’s. A receptionist started asking us to pay for the extra days before they were finalized. At other hotels I’ve stayed at, they’ve waited until checkout to settle open days and any extras. When I mentioned this to another employee, he said it was because they end up getting scammed. I understand they have company rules, but the comment felt tactless and suggested I might be trying to scam them. They could have handled it more kindly and chosen their words better. Then, a day after checkout, they contacted my mother on WhatsApp to charge her for a hair dryer. It had belonged to another room, and we would never have taken it with us. It just wasn’t a pleasant stay.

The parking area is uncovered, and getting to it means going out along the sidewalk; it isn’t directly connected to the hotel. We spent four days there with family while the hotel was undergoing renovations. The place was comfortable and clean, with friendly, proactive service. I’m not looking for luxury, but hygiene matters to me, and that was good. It’s near Lake Igapó, with a nice pool and attractive landscaping. I’d recommend it.

We had a quiet, clean stay and a view of the pool and leisure area from our room. I was there with my family for my nephew’s wedding and liked the facilities a lot. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the pool is a good size, surrounded by lovely plants. They provide pool towels, and there’s a microwave as well as cutlery, plates, and cups. Reception offers complimentary coffee during the day. Our room had a minibar, air conditioning, a closet with hangers, a TV, and a roomy table. The staff were kind, and the location worked really well for us.

The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and breakfast was spot on. When we asked for the room to be cleaned, they noticed my wedding dress and crown and surprised us with a gift for being newly married. Such a kind, thoughtful gesture. Thank you! ❤️❤️
