Pousada Maria Bonita - Centro, 10min da Praia de Camapum, Macau RN

We arrived to find nobody at the pousada, so we had to wait outside in the scorching sun. Our booking was for four, two adults and two teenage girls, but there were only two beds. When the receptionist eventually arrived, she wasn't very pleasant and wanted to split us between two rooms. We refused because of safety concerns. The bathroom floor was awful and badly stained, and the towels were dirty. Then, the day after we left, the receptionist called to charge us for three popcorns that weren't in the room, claiming they'd been eaten. A really unpleasant stay that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Gardênia, the owner, welcomed us so warmly. The rooms were comfortable, and they serve lunch and dinner, with receipts available too. It's a good value pousada. There's no private parking, but I had no trouble finding a spot on the street nearby. I'd recommend it.

There isn't breakfast service, but a supermarket is really close by, so that worked out fine. Great pousada for the price. I loved it and will come back.

The hospitality was a 10, and the place is excellent. Definitely worth it.
