We asked for a refund because we’d booked several days but could only stand to stay one. They still haven’t returned our money. I can’t put into words how unhappy I am with this place. It looks nothing like the photos and feels more like a dump than an inn. Everything is run-down, the room is tiny, the air conditioner can’t keep up, the bathroom floods, and the internet doesn’t work. Breakfast seemed questionable, was set out somewhere unbearably hot, and had no choices. I didn’t want to give even one star, but I’m posting this so others don’t get caught in the same trap. I’ve added photos so you can see the place and stay away.

The person in charge initially said they’d refund the amount I paid. After I followed up for a few days, an employee told me to sort it out with hoteis.com. I filed a complaint through the site, and they replied that the hotel hadn’t approved the refund. I booked from Sunday to Tuesday, but the hotel was awful when I got there. The room smelled bad, the curtains were moldy, the windows rusty, and the sheets stained and in terrible shape. The bathroom was filthy, had no drain cover, and the toilet spray was broken. There were damp patches and stains on the walls. I asked to see another room, and it was even worse. The place looks nothing like the photos on the websites. Watch out, don’t get caught in this too.

The service was unsatisfactory, and the building is old. The rooms weren’t hygienic either. Don’t go, it’s a trap.

Can’t even be bothered to explain. Just find somewhere else. This place is trash.
