The only good part was the reception staff. The doormen were kind and very polite. The apartment itself was dusty and unclean, and the pool area was dirty. The pool looked like a cistern and was far too small for four people. We stayed in AP 407 and found it very uncomfortable. The living room had no air conditioning, it was very hot, and there weren't enough sheets or pillows for the four people they said it could accommodate. The TV didn't work, and the bedroom air conditioner didn't cool. When we went out to dinner, we got a message saying the lights had been left on and the windows were open, which felt like an invasion of privacy and was really unpleasant. We also had to wait for someone at the time they had set to take our payment. I wouldn't come back or recommend it. I always try to find something positive to praise because I don't want to hurt anyone, but apart from the reception staff, I can't think of anything good about this apartment. If you want to ruin your trip to Maceió, book this condo.
