I spent four nights at Premier Hotel. The elegant, classic atmosphere and friendly service made a good impression, as did the comfortable king-size bed and excellent, generous breakfast. I found the weekend noise from families and children hard to enjoy, though. My room key stopped working repeatedly, sometimes several times in a day. Staff said my phone might be causing magnetic interference, but I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and never had this happen so often. Having to keep going back to reception just to get into my room was frustrating. There were privacy and maintenance problems too. After I reported a table leg was broken, a maintenance worker came into my room without asking or warning me first. That shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this level. Staff were generally polite and the facilities looked elegant, but better key access and more respect for guest privacy are needed for the hotel to match its reputation.

The receptionists gave us helpful tips on where to go and eat, and even helped us figure out extending our stay. The staff were always around to take our keys for valet parking, which was very convenient in such a busy area, and would even take our towels. We had a lovely week at Best Western Premier Maceió and would happily return. The room was spacious, the amenities were nice, and we found chocolates on the bed each evening. Breakfast was a favorite: we could order tapiocas and omelettes made to order, alongside a good selection of meats and deli items.

The pool is tiny, with no hot tub, and the setup seemed aimed at kids, which got a bit annoying. The location is great, though Pajuçara beach isn't the cleanest. Service here is impeccable. All the employees go above and beyond and deserve a big shout out. Alexandre at the downstairs evening self service restaurant stood out most. He was magnificent!

We stayed in November 2022 and enjoyed the rooftop pool area. The rooms were a good size, breakfast was excellent, and the staff were both professional and friendly. The hotel is right by the beach, too.

I was very satisfied with my conference stay. The hotel is beautiful and close to the beach, and my room was very clean. Staff were professional and helpful. I’d suggest improving the bar staff’s English so ordering food and drinks is smoother.
