The location in Ponta Verde is a real plus, with everything nearby and an easy area to get around. The complex has a pool that's pleasant, though small, and the water is quite cold since it gets little sun. There's also reception around the clock and parking, both very handy. Our apartment was spotless, modern, well equipped, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. That was especially appreciated after finding working AC wasn't so common on our trip. It's a beautiful apartment complex, and we'd happily stay here again.

They let us into the apartment before check-in since we got there early, and gave us a late checkout because our flight was late. The apartments are comfortable and have what you need, and the staff were so welcoming and kind. I don't hand out five stars casually, but they earned them. Highly recommend.

The apartments are lovely and almost new, in a great spot. Ponta Verde beach is only 150 meters away, with tourist sights nearby too, including the giant cadeira rock formation that's great for photos. Staff are very friendly and there around the clock, and the pool was clean.

The flat is comfortable and still feels new, and its kitchen has useful utensils. That helped a lot since I was traveling with my one-year-old baby. There's parking, a pool, and a decent gym, so you can keep up with your health while on holiday. The location is also great, with bakeries and supermarkets close by. The downside is that room service costs extra, and even an additional roll of toilet paper beyond the two provided is charged separately. Since it's a flat, I'd work out the total cost first to see if staying here is really worth it.

The apartments have plenty of space and feel cozy, with a stove, fridge, kitchen utensils, and air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom. The building is well located near shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The beach is less than a five-minute walk away. I recommend it.
