Good evening. My family and I are really upset about how little consideration the hostel showed its customers. My mother booked a room for just two days during Carnival, then changed her mind the next day because she wouldn't have time to stay longer in Maceió. The attendant was very rude and told her to go to court. It caused my mother a lot of stress, which she really can't afford. The company isn't even registered with Reclame Aqui. I checked its CNPJ and found 58 lawsuits listed. Now we know that money is never going to be refunded.

We stayed in the private Oliva room, and it was beautifully decorated and such a pleasant place to be. It was kept clean and tidy the whole time. My husband and I were welcomed warmly, and the receptionist helped us choose tours by pointing us to safe agencies, so we had a great time. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook, and the big terrace was lovely for dinner in the Maceió breeze :) I highly recommend it!

I wouldn't recommend booking here if your travel dates might need to change. I had reserved a stay for an exam scheduled in the city in April 2023, but the organizers changed the exam date. Booking told me to contact the hostel directly about moving my reservation. When I did, the hostel said no changes could be made outside the Booking system.

The owner welcomed me with open arms and gave me wonderful assistance. The hostel was spotless and had a pleasant atmosphere. It's the best one I've stayed in, and I'll definitely return.

I had a bad stay at hostel Morocha. There was no TV in the room, the bathroom drain was clogged, and they didn't serve breakfast. There was no parking either, so my car had to stay on the street. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in.
