Hotel Brisa Suítes Pajuçara

People were friendly, and the towels were arranged into lovely figures. One thing to keep in mind, if you don't speak Portuguese, explaining something or making a request could be difficult.

I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The view was amazing and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, though fairly standard, and it got a little crowded at times.

At check-in, the male staff ignored me and spoke to my husband, even though the booking was in my name. When we checked out, we learned they had changed the reservation to his name. They also tried to charge us an extra tourist tax, despite us already paying $50aud more through a booking website. That felt like another attempt to rip us off. The pool and lifts seemed dodgy and didn’t look like the pictures. I don’t recommend the place. It’s especially galling to charge tourists a tax when the staff can’t speak English or provide service in it.

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean, well kept, and comfortable, with kind, cordial staff and a gorgeous view from the room. It sits right opposite the beach area where boats take people out to piscinas naturaes, a shallow, flat stretch of sea about a mile from shore where you can stand. The rooftop pool is a little small, but with such an awesome beach nearby, there isn't much reason to use it.
