At this budget price, it's acceptable, but I reckon it could be a bit better. The breakfast was fine, just enough, and the receptionists were neither unfriendly nor especially warm. The room is small, which makes sense for the cost, and the place is basic, so it won't suit everyone. Still, a few simple maintenance fixes would help: the soap dish was loose or broken, the remote had no batteries, and the toilet flush needed attention. I'd rate it 6 out of 10.

We stayed in January 2026, and the whole experience was disappointing. The rooms were awful, with too few outlets, a terrible shower, poor bathroom hygiene, and a dark TV that didn't work and had a black stripe across the screen. The breakfast was low quality, and the staff there were unfriendly. It only starts at 7 a.m., far too late for people heading out on tours. The receptionists were also sullen and barely spoke, which made for terrible service. I wouldn't recommend this inn to anyone. Better to pay a little more for a nicer hotel.

The inn is in a great spot. We walked to the beach in under five minutes, and there's a little square next door with several food trucks and different things to eat. Restaurants, a well-stocked supermarket, and a bakery just behind the inn are nearby too. Our room was clean, tidy, fully stocked, and everything was working when we arrived. Thanks to the kitchen staff and housekeepers for that, and to the receptionists Joseane and Natália, who were especially attentive and helpful. The stay itself was peaceful and enjoyable, and breakfast was great. I've been to Maceió several times, and this place has a special spot in my heart. We'll definitely come back. Thanks for the hospitality!
