I was at Reymar for one night while passing through, arriving late and leaving early. I left my PC charger behind, entirely my own mistake. That gave customer service a chance to help, but they failed badly. After calls and messages back and forth, they hung up and couldn’t speak English. They eventually agreed to send it 150 km north to Terezinha, but it took four weeks, by which time I’d already gone back to Denmark. Oh well, the world’s ending soon anyway, so who cares!

My room wasn’t cleaned one day, and the bed had been left untouched. At checkout, I noticed my laptop mouse was missing. I reported it at reception, and they found it in lost and found, but still haven’t explained why it was there. When I first arrived, the toilet was dirty; it took nearly an hour for them to understand and move me to another room. Apparently nobody at the hotel speaks English. I’m angry about this. Don’t choose this place.
