Such a wonderful, one-of-a-kind stay! The staff were really polite and attentive, and the location faces the sea, close to the mall and Atacadão. The studios had clean, new equipment. There’s a clean, spacious infinity-edge pool, a modern gym, a kids’ playroom, an auditorium for 30 people, and a gourmet room attached to a games room. One thing, the luggage cart was breaking, so I had to make five trips from the garage to bring everything up.

The team’s care really stood out. When they came to clean the room, they noticed my son was sleeping on a mattress on the floor and immediately offered us a crib. That made a real difference. Cleaning isn’t automatically done every day, but you can ask at reception or put the card on the door, and they’ll come without any hassle. I wasn’t charged extra for it. We had a perfectly smooth stay at the Apart Hotel. The apartment was well equipped, and we didn’t run into any problems. Breakfast being served in another place isn’t an issue: it’s fewer than 10 steps away, just next door, and the food is delicious with so many options it’s hard to try everything. Some negative reviews mention tiny details. I’m glad I didn’t rely only on those, because the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a very pleasant surprise, and we’ll definitely return.

Great value, with good parking and shops and beaches nearby. I recommend Janga, a restaurant close to Palato, which is a market and bakery. We’ll definitely stay here again.

My family’s stay should have been enjoyable, but we repeatedly struggled to get help. My sister, in room 717, spent days with a blocked toilet that nobody fixed. The elevator also wasn’t enough for the number of guests, with waits of at least five minutes every time. Staff contacted me several times about things that had already been sorted out, and there was little clear communication between employees. They often couldn’t answer our questions and kept directing us to Hotel Reymar, even though I hadn’t heard of it and hadn’t booked with them. We got different answers about breakfast, too. One team said it started at 6 a.m., another said 7. The second team also volunteered that it was too early to go to the beach. By the time we arrived, it was packed and we couldn’t find a spot. Poor service. Book here if you want a frustrating holiday.
