The room itself looked neat and fairly new, and the bathroom and shower were genuinely great. Still, some rooms don’t even have a table or shelf if you need to work, which seems odd for a flat. The balcony rooms have a table and chair, but it’s far too hot to sit out there in the day or at night, with no airflow, and it looked like nobody cleaned the balcony since it was so dusty. The pizza at the restaurant next door was the only thing I felt was worth it. The check-in process was a mess. After I’d booked and sent my documents, an automated WhatsApp message asked me to send them again, but nobody replied. The reception staff didn’t have the information straight either. Only after I arrived with my suitcase did they tell me to walk to the neighboring Reymar hotel to register. Then I had to return to RN and register again for the entrance biometrics. The booking center doesn’t operate on Sundays, and nobody tells you that by automatic message, email, SMS, or anything else. If you get a rate that includes dinner, check the hours yourself. Two reception employees gave me the wrong time, I missed dinner, and they didn’t refund me, apologize, or do anything about it. The place is only worth considering with a really big discount, because otherwise you’re likely to run into a headache.
