The rooftop pool is great, and the doormen are friendly and helpful. Some of the residents are older and can be annoying.

The location was the one good thing. We booked an apartment for four, but it was really set up for two. After we complained, they brought two mattresses, yet there wasn’t space to lay them on the floor. We slept terribly the whole stay. We had two apartments but only got one key; when we raised it, no one took responsibility. In apartment 105, the air conditioner leaked and flooded the room. Apartment 204 had a bathroom leak that kept the floor wet. The service was a disaster, and they still owed us money. I absolutely don’t recommend this place.

The building is well maintained and feels very safe. It’s just a block from Pajucara beach, the artisan market, and the rafts that go to the natural pools. The location is excellent.

The location is the only thing going for this place. They said we could come early and leave our bags, but when we got there, we waited an hour. It’s advertised for four, though there are beds for only two; the others get mattresses, and the sofa isn’t a bed. In apartment 105, the air conditioner leaked. We reported it, got some rags, and they came to try fixing it, but the problem remained. They then tried to move us to a worse apartment. When I paid, they promised to send the refund, but never did. They don’t answer.
