We ended up canceling and finding another hotel after moving rooms three times, because every room was dirty. In the first one, the toilet had clearly been used and left unflushed, and when we reported it, we found it was clogged. The second had a dirty minibar with a dead cockroach inside. In the third, the AC didn't cool and the mattress was rock hard, like an orthopedic one.

The water gets shut off at 8 p.m., though there is an electric shower, so make sure to bathe before then. The rooms and AC probably smell bad, and if you have rhinitis or sinusitis, you might even get a free allergy on top of it. The place is less tidy, clean, and organized than a barracks, and the welcome was poor too. If you want a bad night's sleep, this is the place. Honestly, sleeping outside sounds better.

The building is old and seems to have had only the facade redone. The location wasn't good either, and the TV was bad. I paid an expensive nightly rate for basic services that weren't provided, even though I found another hotel nearby for half the price with proper hotel facilities. They asked for a Pix payment right away to secure the booking, and the reception staff were very warm at that point. But the room felt more like a motel than the hotel room I had booked. It was dirty and smelled bad, the AC didn't work, and we were moved at least twice. The toilets were clogged too. When we complained, the owner said only we were complaining and that it happened in all the rooms, as if we should just put up with it. She was extremely rude. When I asked for a refund, they wouldn't give one because the reservation had already been made. The owner doesn't understand consumer rights or how to grow a business. I would have liked to leave a positive review, but the site requires a star, so I gave one.

The common lounge was attractive and well kept, and the rate was reasonable. I may have just had bad luck with my room, and I'd stay here again, but I'd check these details before booking. I paid 80 for a double room. It was small, with one large bed, a bathroom, minibar, Wi-Fi, and a TV with fairly decent picture and sound. There was only one towel, though a double room should have had two. The receptionists were helpful. Inside, the minibar looked as if it hadn't been cleaned or used in months, though luckily it didn't smell. I told the receptionist, but the other rooms were full, so I couldn't switch. That meant I had nowhere to store food I brought. The bathroom water pressure was very weak, the shower box was dirty and broken, and there were cobwebs on the ceiling. The room needs more care from the owner.
