Da Vinci Hotel & Conventions by Easy Hotéis

The lobby is lovely, and it’s easy to walk to La Vaca Negra restaurant, which was fantastic, and to Manaura mall. Getting to the airport by Uber or taxi is easy too. The pool was nice and breakfast very good. A friend managed to get one treadmill working. We had to try three rooms before finding one that was clean and had working air conditioning and a king bed. That room had no working safe, and we had to share a towel. There were only sheets on the bed, though it is warm. The shower was cold in the evening, and only lukewarm in the morning if you turned on the hot water. This hotel must have been very classy once.

The streets have a terrible amount of garbage on the ground. The hotel itself was a great choice, though: the workers were polite, the rooms clean and cozy, and the central location was handy. The mall is a five-minute walk away, with plenty of shops and food nearby.

The pool gets one star from me. The room was small but clean, with a balcony, air conditioning, and a fridge. Breakfast had lots of bread to choose from but no vegetables, and the internet was very poor.

I didn’t stay overnight, but I asked at the front desk about the price. It wasn’t overpriced, just fair for the location and amenities. The hotel is well located, and the air conditioning in the Van Gogh room worked at a comfortable temperature. The catering service was excellent, and any issue was handled quickly and neatly.
