The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was spacious too. The elevator broke while we were there, so we had to use the service elevator. Getting the car in and out of the parking garage was also difficult.

The location worked well, next to Amazon Theater and good restaurants, with the City Market about a 20-minute walk away. The bed, air conditioning, shower, breakfast, cleaning, and staff were all good. The elevator needs repairs, and the gym has some issues.

We only stayed one night, unfortunately. The rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was very good. Probably the best hotel of my trip.

The opera house is about 259 meters away, which is the best thing about the hotel. The breakfast was okay, nothing memorable, and the rooms weren’t very clean: there was hair on the bed and the wastebaskets hadn’t been emptied. I’d asked well ahead for side-by-side rooms, but the receptionist couldn’t provide them.

It could use a little refreshing, but it’s great value for the money.
