Getting food from the hotel was a hassle. Even though it was hotel service, they wouldn't bring it to the room, so I had to collect it at reception, and nobody had made that clear. The service overall was far below an acceptable standard. From the start, receptionist Vinicius was rude, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional. His communication was very poor, and his attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and frustrating.

The breakfast and lunch were amazing, the facilities were nice, and the staff spoke English well. It was a bit far from the city for us, but you can manage with Ubers.

It's a very nice place in Manaus's industrial area. The room with two beds was so small that my friend and I were right next to each other. He snores loudly, and it felt like his nose was beside my ear.

There are no safes in the rooms, the location is bad, and the hotel service is poor. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

A very reasonable process, and a great hotel for bikers getting ready to cross the infamous Transamazonic BR319. It's one block from the barge port where you cross the river.
