Loft Lindo

I’m from Parauapebas-Pa and come to marabá every week, and I always stay here because I like it so much. It’s comfortable and clean, and I’d recommend it. The price could be a little lower, maybe R$ 150,00. Really good place!

I felt really comfortable in this cozy loft. It has what you need for a peaceful stay, and the cleaning lady keeps it very organized. She’s such a lovely person. I loved it, recommend it, and hope to come back, God willing.

Whenever I return to the city, I stay here. The location is very good, the rooms are nice and clean, and I’ve always been welcomed warmly.

I can’t recommend this place. I booked on the afternoon of 17/09/2023, and my flight was due to arrive in the early hours. I contacted them through several channels, including email and phone, to get access instructions, but nothing came through until 08:00 the next day. When I asked for a full cancellation, the attendant was extremely rude and even accused me of acting in bad faith, despite my providing proof. Don’t book if you won’t have time to receive the access details. I couldn’t get a refund by talking it out, so I’m pursuing the appropriate channels.
