Great.

This place is great if you want good service without unnecessary luxury. The breakfast more than makes up for the lack of fancy touches, with plenty of choices. The kitchen staff are very attentive, and you can ask them to make tapioca if you’d like. If you’re after somewhere luxurious and packed with technology, this probably isn’t the place, but you can stay here without worry if being treated well matters to you.

For the area near the airport, this is the best-priced option I found. It isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and safe. The neighborhood is busy, with local shops, and it feels safe to walk around. Breakfast is generous, with juices, coffee, bread, cakes, regional fruit, biscuits, eggs, couscous, tapioca, and cheese bread. There are several restaurants nearby, both good and bad, and a great churrascaria, tertulia, about 400 meters away. The hallways still smell of cigarette smoke, even though smoking is prohibited.

The breakfast was generous and pleasant, and the double room I had was one of the best. It was clean and tidy, the bathroom was lovely, and the room was very comfortable. The TV isn’t smart, though, so that could be a useful upgrade for people who like more features. At reception, a gentleman was polite, patient, and kind. The hotel is modern, simple, and comfortable, with attractive hallways. There are a few small issues, like peeling wall paint. The building has been standing for quite a while, so these things can happen over time, but the hotel should take care of them. I recommend it.
