The reception service made a big difference for me. Larissa Suellen was so friendly and made us feel at home, with helpful local tips and a warm welcome. We'll definitely come back! We stayed at Casa Manoa for a week before Carnival. The room was cozy and spacious, with a king bed, soft mattress, and good-quality sheets and pillows. Morning light comes into the room, which didn't bother me, though it might be an issue for someone traveling with a baby. Breakfast was tasty, with good choices, especially regional items from the Northeast. The food was good, and the area was clean and organized. The pool by the inn's entrance is small but cozy, and works well for about six people. The location is excellent, about two blocks from the beach.

I liked the colonial feel of this lovely inn, which has been recently renovated, and the common areas have charming details. Access to Manoa Beach Club in Barra Grande is a nice benefit. There were two problems during my stay. The room we were assigned had no windows at all, and we sometimes had to open the door because they wouldn't move us to another room. More seriously, my daughter and I both felt ill after breakfast on our last day. In Argentina, my daughter was told it was food poisoning. I'd consider staying again, but I wouldn't eat breakfast there.

The service was excellent, the location was fantastic, breakfast was fresh, and the facilities were good. We stayed for one night in December and gave it five stars, though I noticed a few things that could be better. The pool has no background music, which might be nice to have. There's no outdoor shower, and the shared bathroom gets very dirty because it's where people wash off beach sand. A tap for rinsing guests' feet would help. In room 307, the hanger rack was positioned above the single bed, which seemed too high and unsafe. I nearly had a hanger fall on my daughter's head. Our room had no window, so it felt dark and hot unless the air conditioning was on. The bathroom had only cobogós and no window either. There's not much to change about that, but it should be made clear, since the Instagram marketing suggests something else.

We felt very well looked after throughout our four days at Casa Manoa. Isabeli and Larissa at reception, along with Fabia and her kitchen team, went out of their way to help with our needs. Isabeli was kind and friendly the whole time. On our departure day, Fabia even came in at 5 a.m. so we could have breakfast an hour before the inn's usual serving time. Thank you for all the care and attention. The inn is small, pretty, and cozy, with new facilities since it opened this year. Breakfast was varied and carefully prepared. We'd feel comfortable staying here again and are sure other guests will be welcomed warmly too.

The breakfast was complete and delicious, and the location is great, close to everything. My only suggestion would be better sound insulation in the rooms, though it didn't spoil our stay. We had an excellent time at Pousada Manoa and would definitely return. The place has lovely decor and everything is new and well cared for. Our room was very comfortable, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Isabelle was especially kind and proactive from the moment we arrived.
