Mar Turquesa Eco Pousada

The breakfast was delicious, and I’d highly recommend this place. I stayed for two nights after booking at the last minute, close to 5 PM, during a solo road trip. My signal was awful, so it took some effort to find the property and confirm the reservation. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and helped sort things out. I’d booked the last room, and although Booking's end had an error with the number of guests, we got it settled. The property is small, but the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the owners speaks English, which could help if you’re visiting from abroad. They also share a PDF of local tips. It’s in Peroba Beach, near the highway and the gas station with the blue VW beetle out front, and you can walk to the gorgeous Ponta de Mangue beach. There’s a lot of construction nearby, so finding the place can be confusing, but it’s manageable.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and breakfast was just right. It’s a lovely family run pousada near some beautiful beaches. The owner and staff were very friendly and had lots of local tips to share. We’d definitely return!

We loved the warm, pleasant pool and our spacious room, with a good bed, hammock on the balcony, and a clothesline for drying things. The area is peaceful and quiet, and we thought the nearest beach was the best around Maragogi. On checkout day, we asked for an early breakfast in our room, and it was great. The service was excellent, with very helpful and polite staff, and we appreciated their care for animals and the environment. Breakfast was generous, fresh, and tasty, with great juices every day, more than one kind of fresh cake, plenty of bread, scrambled eggs, cuscus, and tapioca. When they learned some guests were lactose intolerant, they bought several products to add to the buffet. In the afternoon, guests can help themselves to cake, coffee, and tea. A fantastic pousada, highly recommend it!

The rooms were spotless and smelled lovely, and there was even cake and coffee in the late afternoon. The owners are so welcoming. Breakfast has lots of variety and is always prepared with care, and the tapioca is divine. Thanks for the hospitality, and may God bless your business.
