The team was attentive and ready to answer questions or help with requests. The room was a good size, with good air conditioning, and the rooms and linens were clean. Breakfast was straightforward rather than fancy, but there was plenty to eat: fresh-made tapioca, cuscuz every day, two fruit juices, cakes, pudding, and snacks. It was good value for the money. The main waterfront and best restaurants are about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel restaurant sold sandwiches and tapioca at night, though I didn't buy anything there, so I can't comment on it. Maragogi itself isn't especially pretty away from the beaches, but I felt safe and found walking back to the pousada at night quite calm. Uber doesn't work in town during peak hours, though other local apps do; at other times you can get an Uber. I'd stay here again.
