I already miss this place. The room on the top floor was spacious and clean, with a balcony, great air conditioning, and a really good shower. It was right next to the wonderful breakfast, all prepared with care. Francisca made it one day, and Jasllany took care of the other days, always with little treats. On our last day, she even made tapioca. Douglas and Letícia at reception were helpful from the time I booked, answering WhatsApp and sharing lots of tips about the city. The inn is in the heart of the community, where people are welcoming and very polite. The sense of safety was remarkable. Don’t judge the place by how it looks; the people there are incredible. It’s a four-minute walk to Maragogi’s central beach, where many tours leave from and there are lots of restaurants. The town center, where you can catch a van to other beaches, is nearby too. I felt at home here and had a wonderful stay. Great value, and I’m grateful for the days in Maragogi.

The surroundings made me uneasy at breakfast. There’s an abandoned-looking vacant lot right beside the hotel, which raised concerns for me about sanitation so close to the dining and lodging areas. The location also wasn’t good, and the internet was down for most of the day. The mattress was uncomfortable and the TV wouldn’t turn on. My stay was frustrating from the beginning. The receptionist’s manner was poor, with no care or attention toward me and my family. The hotel sells a sense of well-being, and that kind of service doesn’t fit. Check-in was handled badly, with improper demands that, in my view, violated basic consumer rights and made the welcome unnecessarily embarrassing. Given all of this, I won’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, peace, or even reasonably thoughtful service.

I was in room 5 on the first floor. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the pillows were really bad. The key and parking setup was poor too. The reception staff were great, very polite and kind, but the place itself left a lot to be desired.

The best bolo de rolo I’ve ever tasted! We came all the way from Paulista pernambucano and loved the place. The rooms were clean and tidy, and what you get is more than the price suggests. The woman at breakfast was always smiling and asking if we wanted anything else. It’s very close to the beach and Maragogi lookout. We’ll be back 🏍️🤍
