Pousada Galeão Santa Anna

There are hammocks and chairs in the outdoor common area, a nice spot to relax, and the pousada itself is quiet and feels safe. It's close to Barra Grande center, where the restaurants and shops are. The breakfast was good, though I found it simple. My room had a comfortable bed, a mini fridge, a wardrobe with hangers, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and cable TV. The TV screen seemed small, but I wasn't going to use it much, so I didn't mind too much, haha.

We spent some wonderful days here, surrounded by comfort, warmth, and so much care. Dona Neth is such a lovely person. We'll miss her. Just go! Haha.

There are plenty of quiet corners to sit with a book, enjoy the nature, or simply take in the silence. It's a very cozy pousada, ideal if you want to unwind and get some rest. Breakfast was wonderful, with lots of variety and flavors, and the staff were attentive and ready to help with a smile. Dona Nete welcomed everyone so warmly and is such a good person. The location is excellent too, close to the center and convenient for getting around the area. I'd happily return!

I stayed two nights over Carnaval in 2025. The owners and staff were impeccably courteous, and the outdoor grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pousada is close to where the boats arrive and just 2 minutes from Vila de Barra Grande. It was quiet, clean, and smelled nice. The local-style breakfast satisfied me, with juice, yogurt, eggs, cakes, beijo, cuscuz, coffee, milk, and more. The mattress and pillow were good too. The air conditioner was positioned awkwardly in relation to the bed, and the TV was a bit old.
