The receptionists were the one bright spot, very friendly and understanding. The place itself was awful. Our room had almost no WiFi reception, the TV didn’t work because there was no antenna signal, the shower was horrible, and the light switches didn’t work properly. The rooms and beds urgently need renovation. Breakfast was bad too. We stayed a week and got the same items every day, and the nets over the plates didn’t keep small mosquitoes from landing on the food. We also found out we could have stayed somewhere nicer, closer to the beach, for less than we paid here. Just horrible.
