The pool was small and poorly maintained, and the room was small too, with no ceiling fan, air conditioning, or safe. It's at least 2.5 km from the center of Porto de Galinhas. At breakfast I asked for black tea, which many places don't carry, but usually get for the next day if a guest requests it. Here they didn't have any and told me to buy it at the convenience store around the corner. That doesn't feel like customer service.

The location is fantastic, close to the beach and with plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff were polite, everything was well organized, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast was excellent.

My family and I stayed at the pousada for three days, and I think it's the best. The staff were great, especially Sidinei, Alana, and Maria, along with the others whose names I can't remember right now. It's well located, so we didn't need the car at all. Nearby there's a street full of clothing shops, restaurants with a range of dishes for different tastes, and several bars with live music. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
