We stayed at Hotel Brasil Real from 12/09/2025 to 15/09/2025 and were well looked after throughout. The team were polite, attentive and helpful from check-in through check-out. Even with cyclists and their bikes coming through, plus construction nearby, the hotel kept every area clean. Our room was tidy, spotless and cozy, with a comfortable bed and quality amenities. The breakfast was outstanding: lots of variety, fresh breads, cold cuts, fruit and cakes, plus well-prepared hot options. Service was efficient, and the women serving breakfast were very polite and helpful. For the service, accommodations and breakfast, the price felt fair for the event month (ironbike). The highlights were the professional, welcoming team, the immaculate, fresh-smelling room and the complete, tasty breakfast. We had no complaints, though maintaining this standard matters. The hotel exceeded our expectations on service, cleanliness and food, and works well for families, couples or business trips. Yes, we'd return and recommend it to friends. We spent a week here for work, and it was a very bad experience. The hotel is extremely noisy. Guests came and went shouting in the halls, so we couldn't rest. One night, people held a barbecue in the room next door. When we got back to rest, our rooms smelled of smoke, and the yelling could be heard on both floors. On another night there was a serious fight upstairs, with more shouting and death threats in the corridors. The hotel seemed to have no staff able to handle these situations, and the price made no sense for what was offered. I don't recommend it.
