The price isn't high, and the place could work for a short stay, but I wouldn't recommend it for more than three days. We arrived to bathrooms that smelled bad, dirty kitchen items, and some spoiled things in the cupboard. The back bedroom had a leak and a lot of mold, so it couldn't be used. The owner asks guests to leave the house clean, but there wasn't even a decent broom or any disinfectant. They could also provide a set of knives for the barbecue area.

The owners are extremely kind, and the caretaker is too. The house itself is exceptionally well equipped, with three large, airy bedrooms, including a very spacious suite. There's also a huge shower and barbecue area that could easily fit around 30 people.

It's a lovely beach to enjoy, especially when the moon is waning and the tide is calmer. Big pools can form in the sand then, which is great for kids. Just be careful of the currents and holes.
