Kitnets Recanto Caiobá

The kitnet has everything it needs, including dishes, pots, pans, and containers, and the host was very helpful. It was clean and the stay was excellent. I would have liked a microwave for convenience, though there is a gas stove, and the TV could be a smart TV. Good price too. If we get the chance, we’ll definitely return. Highly recommend.

Everything was clean and well organized, but the kitnet could use a few things, including a mirror. It’s hard for women to sort out swimsuits, hair, or clothes with just one small bathroom mirror. Also, the street name listed on the site doesn’t match the actual one, which made the place difficult to find.

The rooms are small, with a compact kitchen and bathroom, but the space comfortably fits a family of four. There’s a double bed and a bunk bed. The whole place, inside and out, was clean, and the rental price is affordable. The car is parked on the street in front, where lights and security cameras provide coverage. I felt safe, with an automatic pedestrian gate and cameras watching the common areas. The location is great, and when we go to Caiobá again, Kitnetes Recanto Caiobá will be one of the places we consider renting.

A really pleasant, very clean place with attentive people. I’d gladly come back another time. Highly recommend 👍😉
