10/10
The rooms are spacious and very clean, with air conditioning, good hot water, and perfect water pressure. The hotel is in a beautiful central location in mMogi Das Cruzes, and the staff are kind and professional. Most of them speak English, so as a foreigner you definitely won’t be disappointed staying here.

8/10
The room is spacious and has new furniture, and the service is very good. I’d give five stars if breakfast had more options, but that’s the reason for my four-star rating.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, served until 10:30. The apartments are spacious, the spaces are clean, and the amenities smelled good. Staff were attentive, kind to our group, and quick and practical.

6/10
When I returned in November 2022, the Wi-Fi had become much worse. It seemed to send me to a student apartment site with an invalid security certificate, then stopped working after a day. The receptionist had to give me what I think was the crew Wi-Fi, so I’m keeping the service at three stars rather than rating it lower. The room itself is quite basic, with low-quality furniture and fake plastic parquet. The shower floor gets slippery and dangerous when wet. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the receptionist was very nice, and breakfast was above average, especially the fruit, which is what you might expect in Brazil.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms were large and comfortable. I’ll probably stay here next time I’m in Mogi.
