The place was spotless and lovely, but the reception team really made our stay. Lucas deserves a special thank you: he showed us how to use the washing machine and dryer in the lavanderia, helped us book an Uber, and pointed us to an ATM. He has such a big heart. Five stars don’t feel like enough. We’re grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

The breakfast was really well organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel feels very new and was clean. My only suggestions are to improve the blackout curtain, since the room gets light, and reduce the noise from the busy avenue.

The violinist in the hall at breakfast, greeting everyone with a smile, really lifted the whole experience for me. It felt like the place cared about our comfort and well-being. Everything was spotless, the staff were helpful and kind, and the owner was friendly and concerned about making us all comfortable. Congratulations to the whole team, and wishing you lots of success for years to come! :)

The location is fantastic, right across from the shopping mall and close to everything. The room was comfortable, the team attentive, and the value for money was excellent.
