Hotel Arbom

Average.

So-so.

The night attendant was very friendly, but the room was dirty, full of cobwebs, and the bed linens had moth holes and hadn’t been changed. The bathroom was dirty and had no toilet paper. The TV didn’t work properly: changing the volume changed the channel, and no programs came through. The place was disorganized too. A cleaner came into the room while I was showering. We were told checkout was at 2 pm, but at 11:15 they called to say we had to leave. They didn’t care that they’d given us the wrong information. My husband called about the message, and the attendant hung up on him. When he tried to ask again, she blocked him. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I gave one star because the form wouldn’t let me submit without stars, but this place gets a zero from me. The woman who handles room reservations was extremely rude and couldn’t answer questions about checkout time. The beds and mattresses weren’t fit for a decent rest, the bathroom was in terrible sanitary condition, and the sheets were dirty. The place felt unhealthy and inhospitable. Don’t be fooled by the photos, they don’t match reality at all.
